Safe Delivery of Your Order
We aim to dispatch all orders either on the same day or the next business day (but for personalised products please allow up to 7-10 days, particularly at busy times such as Christmas), Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays.

First and Second Class
We despatch orders via the Royal Mail or ParcelForce, which are generally delivered within 1-3 days from the date of despatch depending on the service chosen. Please note that these are not guaranteed delivery times, so we recommend using the Special Delivery or Parcelforce24 services for urgent items.
Europe and Rest of World Delivery
To overseas destinations, we ship by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed and ParcelForce, with full end to end tracking and confirmation of delivery, for extra peace of mind.
Late or Lost Deliveries
If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us at email@example.com. On some occasions, a delivery attempt may have been made but a card has not been left. Please report any order discrepancies relating to missing or lost items to us within 10 days of placing of your order. For urgent items, we recommend the use of our next day delivery service.
Items not received but tracked as being delivered
This can happen, especially when the delivery address is a place of work. Please contact us and we will be happy to follow it up with Royal Mail or the courier. Please be aware that we are unable to replace or refund items that are tracked as having been delivered. For this reason, we recommend that you use a secure address. Please always check your address details are correct before placing an order.
We always package our items securely and safely an in the interests of the environment we try to keep packaging materials to a minimum. All our boxes and postal tubes are 100% recyclable. Our box void fill is now also recyclable paper.
